The ResetWas Personal
At 50, Coach P. Koffe Brown chose slow, steady, consistent transformation.
Through faith, discipline, training, nutrition, prayer, movement, and intentional living, she released 22 pounds in 6 months and rebuilt her lifestyle from the inside out.

The Moment I Decided To Reset
This journey did not begin with a crash diet. It began with a decision. In the 50th year of my life, after turning 50 on 11/11, I decided to take my health seriously in a deeper way. I scheduled my blood work. I completed my well woman exam. I paid attention to what my body was saying. I had already been exercising for years, but I realized I needed more than movement. I needed structure, nutrition, spiritual grounding, emotional discipline, and a lifestyle that supported the woman I was becoming.
This was not about losing weight fast. This was about becoming whole, healthy, consistent, and strong for the long haul.
My Daily Reset Rhythm
Wake Up With Intention
I got up at a specific time and planned my morning before the day could pull on me.
Calculate The Commute
I calculated how long it would take to get to the gym and return home so there were no excuses.
Train With Purpose
Every workout had intention. Strength, conditioning, movement, endurance, and consistency.
Walk Daily
I incorporated a walk every day because movement is medicine when it becomes a lifestyle.
Pray Before I Moved
Before leaving home, I prayed, meditated, listened to encouragement, read my Bible, or played scripture-based audio.
Feed The Mind At Night
Every night, I read two pages from a specific book before sleep and reviewed a business blueprint connected to the future I was building.
My Morning Cup Was Part of the Rhythm
Small habits repeated consistently often create the biggest transformation.

One of the simplest parts of my morning routine became one of the most consistent.
Before the emails. Before the meetings. Before the demands of the day. There was a quiet moment. A moment to pray. A moment to think. A moment to prepare mentally for the day ahead.
Part of that rhythm included a simple cup of black coffee. No cream. No sugar. No complicated extras. Just coffee and intention.
For me, coffee was never about loading up on sugar or turning it into a dessert. It became part of a disciplined morning routine that supported focus, consistency, and creating space before the day started pulling on me.
Just as I learned to be intentional with my movement, my nutrition, my hydration, and my environment, I learned to be intentional with the small moments that helped me stay grounded.
This was not about perfection. It was about rhythm.
And sometimes rhythm starts with something as simple as a cup of coffee and a quiet conversation with God.
- Prayer
- Bible Reading
- Intentional Planning
- Black Coffee
- Movement
- Wellness
- Consistency
The Glow Was Part of the Reset Too
Transformation is not just about what you lose.
It is also about what you nourish.

As my wellness journey continued, I began paying closer attention to how I cared for my skin.
The same intentionality I applied to fitness, nutrition, movement, hydration, prayer, and discipline began showing up in my skincare routine as well.
I wanted products that aligned with the lifestyle I was building. For me, Korean skincare became part of that journey.
My skincare routine did not replace healthy habits. It complemented them. Just as nutrition supports the body from the inside, skincare became another way to support the confidence I carried on the outside.
The goal was never perfection. The goal was stewardship.
At 50, I wanted my wellness journey to reflect in every area of my life, including how I cared for myself.
Results vary by individual. Coach Koffe is sharing her personal skincare journey and experience. No guarantees are implied.

The Guidance That Changed The Game
Coach Koffe worked with trainer and nutritionist Krystal Deloney, whose guidance helped her understand what her body needed nutritionally.
One major discovery was that she had been consuming far less protein than her body needed to support strength, tone, energy, and recovery.
Protein needs vary by body, age, health history, training level, and goals. The American Heart Association notes that the general adult recommendation is 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight daily, while active adults and adults over 50 may need individualized guidance from a qualified professional.
From Random Eating To Intentional Fuel

The shift was not just about calories. It was about fuel. I began paying attention to protein, hydration, whole foods, vegetables, minerals, supplementation, shakes, and the way my body responded to what I consumed.
I also learned about creatine and how it can support strength training and muscle performance when used correctly and safely. Creatine is not magic, and it is not for everyone, but with proper guidance, hydration, and responsible use, it became part of my wellness education.
The Power Of Cleaner Consumption
One of the biggest lifestyle shifts was moving toward more alkaline inspired foods and away from habits that left me feeling heavy, sluggish, and inconsistent. This meant more vegetables, more hydration, more intentional meals, fewer processed choices, and better awareness of what I allowed into my body.
- Leafy Greens
- Cucumbers
- Bell Peppers
- Avocado
- Berries
- Melons
- Mushrooms
- Onions
- Spinach
- Lean Proteins
- Legumes
- Nuts & Seeds
- Clean Shakes
- Hydration Support
- Low Sugar Options
- Balanced Meals
While food does not literally change the body's tightly regulated blood pH, an alkaline inspired eating pattern can encourage more fruits, vegetables, hydration, and less processed food. For Coach Koffe, that shift helped support better energy, consistency, digestion, and overall wellness habits.
I Removed What Made Me Vacillate
Transformation required more than workouts. It required boundaries. I discontinued some relationships. I changed what I allowed in my immediate space. I decided that if I wanted an adult beverage, I would physically leave my home and enjoy it socially instead of keeping it in the house. That one decision mattered. I stopped giving old patterns easy access to my future.
22 Pounds In 6 Months
This was slow. Steady. Consistent. Not rushed. Not reckless. Not rooted in shame. Coach Koffe released 22 pounds over six months by building a repeatable lifestyle that included structured mornings, workouts, walking, prayer, Bible study, nutrition, professional guidance, supplementation education, and a future focused mindset.
